Let the number of notes of 100 and 50 be 5x and 4x respectecfully

Total amount Rita has= 7,000

Amount regarding Rs 100 =5x (100)= 500x

Amount regarding Rs 50 =4x (50) =200x

so,

500x + 200x = 7,000

700x = 7,000

x = 7,000/700

x = 10

Hence, Rs 100 notes = 5x =50

Rs 50 notes = 4x=40
