rita os a group coordinator, she has written comments about each group member in a file created in ms word. she want to protect the document from unauthorized access. she want to use password to protect the file. write the step which rita should follow to set the password to use for the document?

first of all open the Word file you have created then click on office button
then click on prepare
then click on encrypt document
type the password and remember that the passwords are not recoverable so you should remember the password
then confirm your password and click on Ok





by following these simple steps you can easily and encrypt your document
