Denominator is same in both case

so directly comparing numerator

7 > 3

=> 7/12 > 3/12

Hence Ritu  worked longer

7/12 - 3/12

= ( 7 - 3)/12

= 4/12

= 1/3   hrs

Ritu worked 4/12 or 1/3 hrs longer than Reema
