SEA WATER HAS SALT DISSOLVED IN IT. WE CAN SEPERATE SALT AN WATER BUT AFTER WATER EVEPORATES IT LOSES IT'S MINERALS. WE CANNOT DRINK WATER WITHOUT MINERALS BUT WE CAN DRINK RIVER WATER BECAUSE WE DO NOT NEED EVAPORATION HERE. WE SHOULD JUST FOLLOW SOME SIMPLE STEPS TO SEPERATE IMPURITIES FROM RIVER WATER
STEP 1 SEDIMENTATION
STEP 2 DECANTATION
STEP 3 FILTERATION

One needs to be specific where in the hydrosphere the seawater is located when discussing its turbidity. Overall, the total mass of seawater is millions of times larger than the mass of muddy freshwater flowing into the oceans such that the muddy waters just get diluted fairly quickly. Only a few areas of the ocean retain their sediment in the water column far out to sea before the turbid water is diluted by the clear saltwater.
