\tt\Huge{\underline{\underline{\color{magenta} {Solution}}}}

Distance=Speed×Time

When speed is 90 \sf km \:per\: hour

Distance traveled by car =90×5

=450 km

When Time is 4hr 10 min

=0.166+4=4.166hr

Speed to complete the journey =\sf \dfrac {distance}{time}

\sf\to \dfrac {450}{4.166}

\sf\to{\underline {\boxed{\purple{108.01728}}}}
