Riya got her gall bladder removed surgically as she was diagnosed with stones in her bladder. After the surgery, she faced problems in digestion of certain food items when consumed in bulk. Can you tell which kind of food items would they be and why?

gall bladder stores concentrated bile juice which is used to digest fat present in food which we eat .
bile juice contain lipase which does emulsification (means converting fat into fatty acid and glycerol.)
and like you said gall bladder was removed so fat present in her food would have been difficult to digest
