ANSWER: NO FROM MY OPINION THIS IS WRONG RIYA NEIGHBOURS SHOULD NOT THROW THE GARBAGE IN THE RIVER EVEN ALL THE FACTORIES THROW THE GARBAGE HER NEIGHBOURS SHOULD NOT THROW OR SHE SHOULD COMPLAIN THE POLICE ABOUT THE FACTORIES OWNERS BCOZ THE WATER IS DRANK BY EVERYONE THE POOR PEOPLE AND ALL AND RIYA SHOULD ASK HER NEIGHBOURS TO DRINK THE GARBAGE WATER
