(i) Give reason for such placement of the heaters or blowers in the room.
(ii) What will happen, if the heaters or blowers are placed near the ceiling?

Hot air is lighter than cool air. The heater gives hot air while AC gives cool air. As Hot air is lighter than cool air, it present upper side while cool air present the lower side of the room. Room heaters are fitted near the floor because this allows the hot air near the heater to move upward and warm full room.

The reason for such placement of the heaters is because the heated air is lighter in weight and thus goes up towards  the ceiling and simultaneously, heats up all room. whereas, if it is placed at the ceiling the sir will strike the ceiling and will not even heat the whole room.
