it means that they are like the two poles of earth. Both are opposite to each other.
What Rizwan say Kasim does the opposite.
For eg. If Rizwan wants to eat fruit Kasim wants to eat something else.

These two i.e Rizwan and kasim are always opposite to each other like the opposite poles of earth or we can say opposite faces of coil as explained in question i.e they are part of same thing but have opposite nature .
