A reproductive tract infection affects the reproductive tract. STDs are communicable diseases which are transmitted through sexual contact.
Sexual contact can transmit even RTIs, hence, RTDs are STDs(sexually transmitted disease). STDs not only affect the reproductive tracts but also spread to other organs and parts of the body. For example, AIDS is a disease which can be transmitted through sexual contact but affect other parts of the body too, but, AIDS is not a reproductive tract infection.
therefore, all RTIs are STDs but not vice versa.

Hope this help :)
