27. Small boxes measuring 7cm x 5 cm x 2.5 cm are placed in a big box measuring 56cm x
40cm x 25cm. find the number of such small boxes that can be placed inside a big box?

Answer:

volume of the swimming pool is -

25m×10m×3m= 750m^3

volume of small boxes- (7×5×2.5)cm = 87.5 cm^3

volume of big box=

56×40×25= 56000 cm^3

number of small boxes replace in the big box =

volume of big box ÷ volume of small box

56000÷87.5 = 640 number of small box. (ans)
