There are five types of blood vessels. which passes blood from heart to organs and heart to lungs for oxydation of blood when the blood enters into heart the deoxygenated blood (which will be in blue in colour) moves to lungs for oxydation (then changes in red in colour) so the five types of blood vessels are:-

1. arteries ( which carry blood to heart)

this is again divided into two parts

* left coronary artery

* right coronary artery

2. arterioles

3. the capillaries

4. venules

5. veins

there are five main blood vessels which acts road transport system in our body and functions as blood supplier to our body
