robot of height 1 m is standing in front of a mirror mounted on a wall. Its eyeball is
placed at 10 cm from top. Calculate the minimum length of the mirror needed so that the robot
can see his image completely. Mirror can be mounted at any height on the wall (it need not
necessarily touch the ground level).

Answer:

In other words, to view an image of yourself in a plane mirror, you will need an amount of mirror equal to one-half of your height. A 6-foot tall man needs 3-feet of mirror (positioned properly) in order to view his entire image.
