Reference last lines of the poem "The voice of the rain"

(Note :the last lines are not part of the poem, just a general observation by poet on course of a song)

Answer : there's no figure of speech in the lines "Rec'kd or unreck'd but duly with love returns ".. but it's meaning is rain when rises from earth it goes up and returns to it's origin i.e the earth just like the song that originates from the singer and after receiving appreciation returns to the artist itself.
