Explanation:

The layer of ‘earth’ is divided into three called as crust, mantle and core. Crust is the ‘outermost layer’ and is composed of silica and alumina, whereas the inner most layers are called as core and it is composed of nickel and iron.  

As the temperature and pressure of the core is very high than the crust, it melts all the content available in it. This is the reason which explains the fact that the rocks are found in molten state in the ‘interior of the earth’.
