Answer :-

1. A plant cell contains a singular , large and single vacuole where as , an animal cell contains many small vacuoles.

2. Plant cells have cell wall as well as cell membrane on the other hand animal cells don't have a cell wall but they have a cell membrane.

3. Plant cells have chloroplast for synthesing their food but chloroplast is absent in animal cells.

4. Generally plant cells have fixed and rectangular shapes where as animals cells have round and irregular shapes .
