Rohan added baking soda to vinegar
and tested the resulting solution with
red and blue litmus paper. None of
the indicators changed colour. Why?​

Answer:

this is because baking soda is basic in nature and vinegar is acidic in nature. when acid and Base combine it gives neutralisation reaction and bring no change on red and blue litmus paper.
