Roughage contains fiber and cellulose which is not divested by the body but roughage helps in digesting foods like a catalyst and have almost no Calories so it is great for diet.

• ) it helps to transport the vitamins , minerals and other nutrients in our required body parts . Also 75percent of our body contains water do it is necessary for life..
