Answer:

Given, the Cost price of wristwatch= Rs.225

Overhead expenses = Rs.15

Total cost =225+15= Rs.240

Selling price of cooler = Rs.300

Gain =300−240= Rs.60

Gain%=C.P/Gain×100=240/60×100=25%

Answer:

Here, the cost price is less than the selling price, so there will be profit.

We know,

Profit % = profit ×100

C. P

Profit = 3000 −2500 = 500

Profit % = 500 × 100

2500

=20%
