Rohan buys one dozen pens

one dozen =12 pens cost RS 180

                 ∴ 1 pens cost RS 180÷12

                     7 pens cost RS 180÷12×7 ⇒RS 108

Rohan  7 pens  cost RS 108

Saurabh  7 pens cost RS 90

RS 108 more than RS 90

∴Rohan bought costlier pens ANS

Step-by-step explanation:

Rohan buys one dozen of pen = 180 rupees

Cost of 7 pens= 180÷12×7

=105

Saurav buys 7 pens= 90 rupees

therefore, we conclude that Rohan purchased the pens costlier than Saurav
