suppose T are tables and B are books
If rohan puts 9 books into each table he will have two tables left vacant.
9 (T-2) = B
if rohan puts 6 books on each table he will have 3 books left over.
B = 6T + 3
SO,
9 (T-2) = 6T + 3
9T-18 = 6T + 3
9T - 6T = 3 + 18
3T = 21
T = 21/3
T = 7
6T + 3
= 6 x 7 + 3
= 42 + 3
= 45
Hence books are 45 and table are 7.
