Answer:

Given :-

Rohan's mother gave him Rs. 3xy²

His father gave him Rs.5(xy²+2).

The money he spent Rs. (10-3xy²) on his birthday party.

To find :-

The money is left with him.

Solution :-

Given that

The money is given to Rohan by his mother = Rs. 3xy²

The money is given to Rohan by his father = Rs. 5(xy²+2)

= (5×xy²)+(5×2)

= Rs. (5xy²+10)

Total money is given to Rohan

= 3xy² +5xy²+10

= Rs. (8xy²+10)

Money he spent on his birthday party

= Rs. (10-3xy²)

Remaining money = Total given money - spent money

=> (8xy²+10)-(10-3xy²)

=> 8xy²+10-10+3xy²

=> (8xy²+3xy²)+(10-10)

=> (8+3)xy²+0

=> 11xy²

Therefore , Remaining money = Rs.11xy²

Answer :-

The money is left with Rohan is Rs.11xy²

Given :-

  • Rohan's mother gave him Rs. 3xy²
  • Rohan's father gave him Rs. 5(xy² + 2)
  • Rohan spent Rs. (10 - 3xy²)

To Find :-

Money left with him

Solution :-

Total money Rohan have = Money given by mother + Money guven by father

⇒ 3xy² + 5(xy² + 2)

⇒ 3xy² + 5xy² + 10

⇒ 8xy² + 10

Now,

Money left = Total money - Money spent

⇒ Money left = 8xy² + 10 - (10 - 3xy²)

⇒ Money left = 8xy² + 10 - 10 + 3xy²

⇒ Money left = 11xy²
