✍ Method Of Solution!✍
☔ Let to be actual income = 100,
☔ Expenditure of his Income = 25%
➡ Now, Using Formula!
→ Income=Savings + Expenditure
Therefore,
☔ Savings=Income - Expenditure
Hence,
☔ Initial savings = 100 - 25 => 75%
Now,
→ New income = 100 + 40%×100
☔ New Income = 100 + 40/100 × 100
→ 100 + 40 × 1
→ 100 + 40
→ 140
Now,
☔ New Expenditure = 25 + 20% × 25
☔ New Expenditure = 25 +5 = 30
→ New Saving = 140 - 30
→ New Saving = 110
Now, Increase in savings = New savings - Initial savings
→ 110 - 75
→ 35
Now, According to the Question!!
☔ Percentage of increasing in Savings!
→ 35/75 × 100
→ 46.66%
☔ Hence, 46.66 increasing in his Saving.

Let income = 100,
Expenditure = 25,
saving = 75
Now,
New income = 100 + 40%(100) = 140
New Expenditure. = 25 + 20%(25) = 30
New Sav. = 140 - 30 = 110
Increased in Savings = 110-75 = 35
hence,
Percentage increase in savings = (35/75)x100 = 46.67%
