My brother is in class 8 so i can answer this seeing him.
A) EMOTIONAL, He might feel that his parents are not as good or reliable as his friends. He may also just want to live a life of his own just including games and fun and ignore his studies. Anyone who tries to make him back on the line immediately, might become bad for him.
PHYSICAL, He might observe changes in voice, beard and moustache itching, muscles, etc.
B) Every parent should start talking to their wards about those obvious changes. Rohan's father is very much right to make him understand rather than stoppong him rudely. Parents are sensible upon their child and experienced also. My mom also makes my brother understand what changes he is undergoing.

A) Rohan ia experiencing such changes-
Physical:-
Growth of hair on face, body, pubic area,
and underarm
Overall physical growth-- boys develop
more muscle tissues, thicker as well as
larger bones and broader shoulders
Increase in size or growth of the penis,
testes and scrotum.
Start having spontaneous nocturnal
emission
Deepening of voice. Initially the voice
develops sudden uncontrollable cracks
while speaking.
rapid increase in height or growth spurt
(boys in general reach their adult height
by about 18 years of age)
Emotional:-
Feeling over sensitive
Feeling uncertain
Peer pressure
Conflicting thoughts etc.
B) From Rohan and his father we can learn that parents should guide their children during puberty because this is the timr when the children needs the help and suppport from their parents.. So, parents should act like a friend and guide them throughtout this time...
Hope it help...
