If Rohan was an Open Caste then he must forget his dream due to Reservations System in India.
If he is any other caste then must work hard and try to prepare for neet exams though he will not be able to afford any institutions for coaching but still due to Reservations and self study he could crack neet and become a doctor but he must work hard.
If he is and open caste he must work very hard sleep less than 5 hours a day study all day and night.
Pray to God and then try his luck maybe he can do this great thing
