Rohan was playing with a piece of thread which was tied to a small piece of stone at one of its ends. He was
moving the stone to describe a circular path with constant speed by holding the thread at the other end,
Suddenly the stone got detached from the thread and was released,Is the motion described in the above paragraph accelerated? Justify your answer.​

See , In this case , when the thread and stone is moving in your hand Centipital and centrifugal forces is possessed to continue this circular motion . Now when the stone is released from circular motion Centipital force became very negligible so, Centifugal force becomes double. As force become double so velocity increases so the ball accelerated but that acceleration is considered from instantaneous velocity.
