roshan paid 8800.
sushant bought it for 9600

Let cost of TV be x.
S.P of Rohan = 10+x / 100x
8800= 110x/100x
x=8000
So, Amt paid by Rohan=rs 8000
Now ,
SP of Roshan= 110× 8800 / 100 × 8800
SP of Roshan= rs 9600
.
So , Amt paid sushant= rs9600
Amt paid Roshan=rs 8800
.
