Let's calculate the profit they made:-

25\% \: \sf of \: 180000 \\ = \frac{25}{100} \times 180000 \\ = 45000

Let's now consider the profit Rohit and Romil made in terms of x in the ratio 3x : 5x

According to the problem,

 \sf \: 3x + 5x = 45000 \\ \sf = 8x = 45000 \\ \sf = x = 5625

Profit earned by Rohit:-

 \sf \: 3x \\ = \sf 16875

Profit earned by Romil:-

 \sf5x \\ \sf = 28125

Answer:

Total price : 180000

Share ratio :3:5

Profit :25%: 45000

Step by step:

Total ratio parts: 3+5=8

Each part ratio share of profit: 45000/8= 5625

Now both profit seperately: 3x5625: 5x5625
