Total part of money spent = 1/5 + 1/4 + 1/3 + 1/15 = 12+15+20+4/60 = 51/60 .
So , Part Of Amount left = 9/60 .
Given that , 9/60 of monthly income = 9000
Monthly income = 9000/9 * 60 = 60,000 .

Let the salary of rohit be m
-----------
m = m / 5 + m / 4 + m / 3 + m / 25 + 9000
====
m / 5 = Amount given to the NGO
m / 4 = amount spent on rent
m / 15 = Amount spent on the other expenses
---------
9000 = Balance
----------------------------
LCM of 5,4,3 and 15 is 60
Therefore we get,
m = ( 12m + 15m + 20m + 4 m + 540000 ) / 60
======
60m = 51m + 540000
9m = 5400000
=================
∴ m = 540000 / 9 = 60000
