age of raju= x age of rohit=( x+24)
after two years Rohit will twice the age of Raju.so age of raju= x + 2 age of rohit= (x + 24) + 2 = twice rajus age=2x
(x + 24) + 2 = 2(x + 2) x + 26 = 2x + 4 26 - 4 = 2x - x 22 = x
rajus age = x = 22 rohits age = x + 24 = 22 + 24 =46
after 2 years ........
rajus age = x + 2 =22+2 =24 rohits age = (x + 24)+2 = 46+2 =48
rohits age = twice rajus age 48 = 2 x 24 48 = 48
rajus present age = 24 rohits present age = 48

Let the son's present age be x years. Then, Rohit's present age = (x + 24) years
=> (x + 24) + 2 = 2(x + 2)
=> x + 26 = 2x + 4
So, x = 22(son)
and Rohit's present age=x+24=22+24=66.
