Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

For square tiles,

Side(a)=50cm

For floor,

Length(l)=20m=2000cm

Breadth(b)=15m=1500cm

Number of tiles=area of floor÷area of tile

                         =(lb)÷a²

                          =(2000×1500)÷(50)²

                           =3000000÷2500

                           =1200tiles

50 × 50 × 10^(-4) m² area of tiles

= 0.25 m²

now area of base = 20m × 15cm

3 m²

so required tiles are 3 / 0.25

= 12

naman1010: you can see the correct answer above #ketu22 has answered it correctly
naman1010: Ok you are Right
naman1010: But #ketu22 has solved this question correctly that's why I thought that you are wrong. By the you are Right. Thanks #isro48
