Answer:

Because nylon ropes are stronger than cotton or jute ropes

so if he chooses jute or cotton rope the risk will be more of breaking of rope that is why he chose nylon rope

Answer:

Rohit took nylon ropes because nylon is hard and can't be broken up with ease or by getting struck up by rocks. Nylon is also said to be strongest fibre. They can take up a lot of weight so it is more safe to take up nylon ropes.

But, cotton or jute ropes are not strong and they can be broken up easily. They are not able to take up a lot of weight and so they are not trustworthy.
