Rohit used soap to clean his hands and found less foam of soap on his hands. What is the reason ?

Hello mate !!

So the reason behind above concern is hardness of water !!

Now the thing happens is soap reacts with calcium and magnesium salts to form 'scum', which is insoluble in water... Thus resulting in less bubble formation !!
