Length = L
Breadth = B
Perimeter = P
=> 2(L + B) = P
=> ( L + B) = P/2
Area = A
=> LB = A
now we can form a Quadratic equations
x² - (P/2)x + A = 0
Solving this we can get Breadth of rectangle
Let say Perimeter P = 60 & area A = 200
x² - (60/2)x + 200 = 0
=> x² - 30x + 200 = 0
=> x² - 20x - 10x + 200 = 0
=> (x -20)(x - 10) = 0
=> x = 20 & 10
Hence length = 20 & breadth = 10
