Rohit has to put north and south marking on both the ends of any one bar

next he has to bring one end of the other bar without marking close to the north pole of the bar with marking if the bar gets attracted to it it could be a magnet or an iron

but for more precise observation, he has to bring the opposite end of the bar without marking near to the same north end of the bar with marking

if the bar gets away from the pole, it is a magnet

if it gets attracted,it is an iron bar

this works as north pole of a magnet attracts south and vice verse but same poles deflect each other

Answer:

He could bring both the bars above some thing made of iron or iron fillings.

Then it will be clear that which one is a magnetic bar and which one is the iron bar.

The bar on which the iron is attached or is pulled is the magnetic bar and the other one is the iron bar.
