Role of Babur -------- Daulat khan Lodi invited Babur to invade India in order to displace Ibrahim Lodi . Babur defeated Ibrahim Lodi at the first battle of Panipat . He further defeated Rana Sanga of Mewar . Thus , he was able to setup the Mughal Empire in India .
Role of Humayun ------- He built Dinpanah at Delhi as his second capitol . He defeated the Afghan forces at Daurah in 1532 .But in the battle of Kannauj in 1540 , he was defeated by Sher shah and had to flee . Had a to chance to return in 1555 as sher shah suri died . Bairam khan , Humayun ' s most faithful officer helped him to regaining the Indian reigns .
