In an minimum mode operation in micro processor the operation is done by strapping the mn/mx pin to logic 1.

In the minimum mode system there is a single microprocessor in it.

There are various remaining components such as latches ,tranceivers and clock generator and it also contains memory and i/o devices which depend on the map address.
