ANSWER___✒️
Its ore is white bauxite (Al2O3.2H2O), which contains more amount of Fe2O3 as important than SiO3 impurity.
Now since Iron Oxide is basic and aluminum oxide is atmospheric; using NaOH dissolves aluminum oxide and silicates, but Iron oxide remain unreacted and insoluble which can be easily separated by Filtration.
Silica can be easily separated further by passing CO2 and excess dilution.
