Well said by Nelson Mandela sir this two given lines are not just some words but are words which got proved many and many times in history and getting prove in present days.

Culture is not just a religion than in which family you born you will be of that religion but it is the belief of skills like dance, singing, literature, kitchen and many more things.

Role of Education in transmission and promotion of Culture- It plays an important role like Generally what happens that what we learn from childhood that we do and tell others to do the same thing and which is given us by through the help of books. Like many things are in syllabus of General Knowledge like dance which includes Bharatanatyam of Tamil Nadu, Kathak in North,West and Central India, Kathakali in Kerala etc. Overall education helps in knowing of culture and also tells that how should us maintain our culture.
