Feedback in any field is a wonderful to analyze and improve the shortcomings in that field. Its role in teaching-learning process is of utmost importance.

Students’ Feedback: Students’ feedback about teaching, whether they have understood the concepts being taught or not or other general problems they are facing help teachers and administrators to improve the system. So, timely regular feedback from students is a must.

Parents’ Feedback: Parents’ feedback is also very important. Students share their problems with their parents; parents’ feedback for school authorities help them improve the system further.

Teachers’ feedback: Teachers’ feedback about students’ performance to their parents also makes them aware whether their children are doing well or not.

Answer:

In any working system, feedback is essential to improve quality. Education is not out of this. In education student feedback is necessary to know if they understand the lessons and the teachings, parent’s feedback is necessary as the students tell parents about the problems in school and they in return inform the school and teacher feedback is required to let know the performance of the students to the parents.
