blood of cockroach is colourless and is called haemolymph it consists of Plasma and hemocytes. haemocytes sites are phagocytic in function about 30000 haemocytes are present per customer mm of blood hemolymph has no role in transport of respiratory gases. it is devoid of respiratory pigment. RBC are absent
