The Hindbrain is a very important part of the brain. It is composed of the medulla, the pons, and cerebellum, all of which are an integral part of thehuman brain. The Hindbrain helps thehuman body to attain posture, coordinates movement, balance and maintain a smooth muscle tone in thehuman body.

1. Medulla. 2. Pons. 3. Cerebellum.

These help in involuntary activities, respiration, posture and balance of body respectively.
