1. Ho Chi Minh was the leader of the Vietnamese Nationalist Movement that fought against the Japanese Imperialist forces, French colonial powers and the Americans.
2. He was the founder of the Indo-Chinese communist party.
3. He also founded the Viet-Minh that is the communist dominated independent movement.
4. He was the one who tried to re-unite Vietnam under the communist rule.
5. He emerged as a great nationalist leader of Vietnam who brought the people together to win over the colonialists and capital forces.
