Individual plays a vital role in the solid waste management. He/she is the base of the solid waste management programmes such as Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. If an individual wills then only our country could be clean. The individual can do following to reduce wastes:-
1. Reduce Solid:
Reduce solid waste at source means using less paper and less use of plastic carry bags.

Reuse making manure out of decomposable waste, making note-books out of unused papers.
3. Recycle:
