the law gives the identity to every citizen of the country, thus, implying that all are equal before law.when law is not there,there wont be proper organization in people,which will lead to more conflicts in the development of the country

Without laws we have no effective freedoms.
We base the orderly functioning and fundamental justice of our entire society upon the “Rule of Law”… Laws shield us from others and even from government itself. Lack of lawsis anarchy; which means whoever can force others to his will gets his way.
