1)parliament is the only place where bill goes to become a law.

2)there are many representatives who are choose by the citizens of the country.They discuss about the bill and then the discussion the bill goes to President so, there is less chance of any mistake or wrong decision.

3)there are lok sabha,rajya sabha and then President so, if anyone of these three is not agree to pass the bill, then Kan return the bill to the previous discussion for re-discussion.
