The Prime Minister is the leader of the Council of
Ministers and serves as the channel of
communication between the President and the
Council of Ministers. It is his duty to communicate
to the President all the decisions taken by the
Council of Ministers and to provide information
regarding administration of the Union or proposals
for the legislature as called for by the President.
