They have access to student so they can easily teach them the lesson of cleaning .  Teachers can go out together and do the work on greening of the country on their own in this  way People and  students of these children will get inspire and will fellow the same path. 

Moreover spreading message through exhibition or arranging a awareness walk is a good way to motivate the general public . And this is what only a teacher can do with help of it's student. 
Additionally , when it comes to educational role about it , teachers are the best way . They are the one who can prepare the future generation for cleaning and greening of the country. They can motivate them to plant trees and make the cleaning arrangement around their surroundings.
