Life skills are the abilities which enables individuals to deal effectively with everyday challenges in life . Life Skills includes creative thinking , decision making , problem solving , effective communication etc .
Teachers and Communities in schools plays an important role in life skills education -
1) The main objective is to empower the students to achieve their goals in their life.
2) Empower the students to succeed inside and outside the classroom.
3) Provide students whatever they need to succeed in life.
4) Support the students to earn higher grades in classroom and encourage them to achieve their goals.
5) Teachers unlock the potential of students and encourage them to work hard to succeed in their life.

The role of the teacher and other community member is to build and instill social ethics in a child .This people are the ones who spend a lot of time with kids and therefore mold them to the better.They should act as perfect props for the juniors to imitate .The teacher of them all is the most important in the sense that he has to impart skills on a kid ,model social values and as well nature the talent .
