Self-esteem plays an important role. It builds confidence and improves our self-image. People having low self-esteem keeps fighting with their own selves and usually suffers from psychological disorders like anxiety and depression.

Self esteem is the value of an individual who think he would have. It is the self-confidence that an individual must possess. We all know very well the importance of self esteem. If someone hurt self esteem of any person by any means, then it depends on how he or she reacts,if they take it as a challenge, then their reaction will lead in positive results and if they are psychologically depressed ,it will lead to negative results. So one must keep their self esteem and show positive response if someone hurt their self esteem. The self-confidence is gained if one keep the self esteem irrespective of what others say about him or her.
